Founders Club Incentive May 2025
Nearly 250 top mortgage bankers, leaders and their guests traveled to the Emerald Isle for the 15th annual Founders Club incentive. The weeklong program, meant to honor achievement with an elite travel experience, began with a congratulatory custom gift box containing Irish specialty items.
The fun continued with stays in Killarney at The Europe Hotel, excursions across Western Ireland, a lively kid-friendly welcome reception at J.M. Reidy’s in Killarney, and transport to Dublin aboard a chartered vintage train.
In Dublin, guests stayed at the Shelbourne and the Westbury hotels in the heart of the city, where they enjoyed more excursions, including an insider tour of historic pubs (complete with lessons on pulling the perfect pint of Guinness) and trips to coastal towns for castle tours.
An elegant gala at legendary Christchurch cathedral brought the trip to a close, but not before an afterglow at the Jameson Bow Street Distillery – with Irish dancing, a sing along, and of course, a whiskey nightcap.

Founders Club Incentive September 2023
Nearly 200 top mortgage bankers, leaders and their guests traveled to Paris for the 13th annual Founders Club incentive. The weeklong program, meant to honor achievement with an elite travel experience, began with a congratulatory custom gift box containing specialty items from France.
In Paris, guests stayed at the Westin Paris Vendôme. The property was chosen for its ideal location next to the Tuileries, with easy access to shopping, museums and all the city has to offer – perfect for a trip with lots of downtime to explore.
The highlight of the program was a gala, held at the Musée des Arts Forains inside the city’s Pavilion de Bercy. The building, designed at the end of the 19th century by one of Gustave Eiffel’s apprentices, now houses the replica of an ancient funfair, a delightful discovery for guests, who can interact with numerous vintage carnival games and rides, including a full-size carousel. The venue was perfect to bring out the inner-child in attendees, who enjoyed dinner, cocktails, and strolling entertainers while testing their skills.

March Madness Incentive
March Madness was a four-day incentive trip to Nashville, Tennessee, created to celebrate and reward the top performers from a month-long competition held in March 2025. Rocket events curated an experirnece where guests were able to enjoy a lively night out featuring live music and custom caricature portraits, along with opportunities to experience the true flavor of Nashville through curated local excursions.
Participants embarked on ATV adventures, went horseback riding, explored the art of whiskey-making, immersed themselves in the city’s vibrant food scene—with a finale at the legendary Greenbrier Distillery—and enjoyed much more throughout the trip.
