Leadership Retreat November 2017
Senior leaders ventured to Moab, Utah for an offsite unlike any other. Rock Events curated an experience that seamlessly blended strategic business discussions, team building, and celebration. Throughout the retreat, participants were divided into five smaller groups, allowing leaders to build deeper relationships and gain a stronger understanding of one another’s skill sets.
The activities challenged participants to step outside their comfort zones and included rock climbing, canyoneering, horseback riding, UTV excursions, hiking, and mountain biking. The experience concluded with an outdoor reception under the stars, featuring a bonfire, locally sourced cuisine, and lighthearted paper plate awards that celebrated the group’s shared journey.

Leadership Retreat July 2024
Rock Events partnered with Rocket Companies to design an offsite in Franklin, TN that balanced strategic business discussions, team bonding, and mindfulness. With many new leaders in attendance, the primary focus was creating meaningful connections and building deeper relationships through speed networking and guided personal reflections.
Participants enjoyed a variety of enriching experiences, including sound bath meditation, spa treatments, mountain biking, and more. Rock Events also hosted multiple curated gatherings, including an outdoor event overlooking the Tennessee countryside, followed by an intimate afterglow at a speakeasy that featured live music and a unique sunglasses shopping experience.
The experience extended into the evenings, as the group explored the vibrant nightlife on Broadway, fully embracing the energy and entertainment that Music City has to offer.
